Introduction

This equipment is applied for sterilizing and depyrogen of antibiotic vial, metal tools, lyophilization tray and other components.

Working process

The air will be blowing to static pressure chamber after heating by heater and filtering by HEPA, the air volume is distrusted by mesh-plate to become the laminar flow to opposite side. The goods in chamber will be heated and moisture will vaporize, most of muggy air is exhausted out through butterfly valve, and few for circulating use. There is a HEPA avoids wind back to pollute chamber. An equipped blower is for inbreathing fresh air as complementarities. After section time of processing up to sterilizing effect, open butterfly valve and water cooling system, blower continue to inbreathe fresh air and circulating blower continue to blow air into chamber for cooling, when temperature in chamber ≤40°C,the goods sterilization period finished and could be taken out.

The HEPA filter can stand maximum temperature up to 280 -300°C normally. If temperature over set value will be stop heating .This machine equipped alarm ,touch screen, PLC ,inverter and micro-differential meter from US .
